Military expert Glazunov explained the transition of the Ukrainian Armed Forces to defense by a lack of resources

Associate Professor of the Department of Political Analysis and Social-Psychological Processes of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics Oleg Glazunov commented on the decision of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to switch to defensive actions. This was previously stated by the new commander-in-chief Alexander Syrsky.

“There will be no more meat offensives,” stated Glazunov “Lente.ru”.

He praised General Syrsky, who received a military education in Russia, noting that he “has been fighting for ten years.”

“Yes, he has the nickname “General-200,” but he learned to fight,” the associate professor believes.

According to Glazunov, Syrsky understands the situation with the current lack of resources in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and that “you can’t even think about any offensive.”

“He is acting sensibly,” Lenta.ru’s interlocutor praised the commander-in-chief.
