Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Syrsky announced the transition to maneuverable defense, but then changed the text of the message

The Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Alexander Syrsky, changed the text of his message about the need to switch to “maneuverable defense” due to the difficult situation in the combat zone.

In many areas, the situation is complex and requires constant monitoring, he admits in the original text. It follows that the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine analyzed the current situation in detail and discussed the necessary steps. Among them, in particular, is “using the potential of maneuverable and positional defense.” Syrsky writes about this in his telegram channel following a visit to command posts in the combat zone together with the head of the Ministry of Defense Rustem Umerov.

But soon the commander-in-chief presents readers with a different text, removing references to “maneuverable and positional defense.” The new version names the protection of troops from drones and attacks by guided bombs as a necessary step.
