Anastasia Markova from Vologda, along with the strongest athletes, became a participant in the All-Russian Spartakiad in summer sports, which takes place in 12 regions of the country. The best result was 2:08.83. The Vologda athlete was ahead of the swimmers from St. Petersburg and the Samara region, who took second and third places, respectively. Recall that earlier at the swimming competitions in the framework of the summer sports competition, which are held in St. Petersburg, the girl set a new record for the Vologda region. She managed to swim the 100m freestyle in 56.37 seconds.
It should be noted that this year the Vologda woman was awarded the sports title “Master of Sports of Russia of International Class”, which made her the first swimming master of this level in the regional center.
