Sverdlovsk military commissar lifted the ban on the departure of reservists abroad

The military commissar of the Sverdlovsk region made changes to the order on partial mobilization, excluding from it the clause on the prohibition of citizens in reserve leaving Russia. In addition, the order was supplemented with a clause stating that the heads of organizations of all forms are obliged to release the mobilized employees from work and ensure their appearance at the military registration and enlistment offices within the time specified in the agenda. The new version of the order is posted on website regional military registration and enlistment office signed by the acting military commissar of the region Sergey Chirkov.
Changes have already been made to the mobilization order in the region. In the original version, published on September 22, reservists forbidden leave their cities. On September 23, this ban was lifted, but in the order appeared restrictions on travel abroad.
Vladimir Putin announced partial mobilization in Russia on 21 September. Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said that 300,000 reservists from all over the country would be called up during the campaign. In the Sverdlovsk region plan to call 9.7 thousand people.
