Fanis Khairullin, a street athletics coach from Nizhny Tagil, has set a world record for the number of push-ups on the back of the hand with outstretched hands in one minute. He did 46 push-ups, the previous record being 42 reps.
“This is my first world record, I am satisfied with the result,” Fanis Khairullin said on his VKontakte page. “It was really difficult to do this variation of push-ups, but passing through obstacles, we achieve success.”
Fanis Khairullin asked not to repeat these actions. This requires preparation and developed and flexible hand compositions. Without this, there will be a risk of injury during the exercise.
Fanis Khairullin’s achievements have already been registered in the InterRecord international book of records.
Earlier, MK-Ural reported that 9-year-old Miron Novoselov from Nizhny Tagil set a Russian record for his age, according to the duration of hanging on two hands without taking his fingers off the crossbar. He hung for 6 minutes and 21 seconds.
Miron Novoselov trains in the Persistent team. According to his coach Fanis Khairullin, after Miron’s achievement, there are already 12 record holders in this team.
