The lowest pension expectations are in Yaroslavl – a pension of 41.3 thousand rubles is considered acceptable there.
On January 1, 2023, old-age pensions for non-working pensioners will be indexed by 4.8%. The average amount of payment in Russia will be 21.9 thousand rubles. In October, a bill was submitted to the State Duma that would introduce the Russian Post’s monopoly on the delivery of pensions in cash. If the document is adopted, Russian Post will become a monopoly from April 2023.
