The Ministry of Digital Transformation explained that electronic subpoenas within the framework of the partial mobilization announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin will not be sent through the State Services.

“We inform you that there are no such plans. The necessary legislative framework for this is missing,” reads a statement published in Telegram channel departments.

Today, September 21, Mr. Putin delivered an address to the Russians, in which announced about partial mobilization in the country. According to the president, the mobilization will affect only those citizens who are currently in the reserve, as well as those who served in the Armed Forces or have certain military specialties. Ministry of Defense reportedthat they will call up 300 thousand reservists.

After Vladimir Putin’s appeal in Telegram channels appeared information that, through the public services portal, citizens subject to partial mobilization are sent summonses to the military registration and enlistment office. After that, the site crashed, at the moment the service is unavailable.
