Study: Nearly half of senior executives are ready to quit their jobs due to stress

40% of senior managers are ready to leave their job in the coming year due to stress levels. Such research data from The Workforce Institute at UKG was cited by Anna Nikulina, Operations Director of the Yasno online psychotherapy service, at conferencesorganized by Kommersant Publishing House. According to the study, 70% of respondents among middle managers are willing to take a pay cut if their new job reflects better on their mental health.

“The atmosphere at work affects the mental health of employees. Many are ready to lower their salaries, to change the functionality down, but with the condition that they will work in a more pleasant psychologically arranged team. More than 50% of employees struggle with anxiety. This is partly due to the fact that the level of anxiety over the past three years, from the pandemic to the events of last year, has increased dramatically among employees. More than half of employees struggle with stress, 40% of employees burn out. They do it regularly, and not noticing it means sawing the branch on which you are sitting,” Ms. Nikulina said, referring to a study that the Yasno service conducted among corporate clients. Nearly 14,000 employees from 350 companies took part in the survey.

As before wrote “b” the majority of Russians believe that they experience average or above average levels of stress at work. Among the most “popular” stress factors are accumulated fatigue, a lack of resources needed for work, and a large number of tasks. The most effective way in the fight against stress, the Russians called walking in nature and staying in the fresh air.
