Strongmen from Kalmykia became winners of the kettlebell lifting championship

Kalmyk strongmen successfully performed at the Southern Federal District and North Caucasian Federal District kettlebell lifting championships.
It took place in the Krasnodar region. 100 of the strongest athletes from six regions competed. Participants represented Dagestan, Kalmykia, Rostov and Astrakhan regions, Krasnodar and Stavropol territories.
Athletes from the republic showed good results in the double event and long cycle with 32 kg kettlebells. In the 63 kg weight category, Badma Sarvaev took second place, Mikhail Indzhiev became a bronze medalist in the 85 kg category. Shamil Magdiev (95+ kg) took fourth place.
