INFO LE FIGARO – Due to inflation, companies have revised their compensation forecasts upwards this year.
A highlight of social dialogue in companies, the mandatory annual negotiation (NAO) – regulatory in those of more than 50 employees, and part of the discussions on remuneration – no longer focuses this year on a single period, as traditionally.
The continued rise of inflation, in the context of the crisis in Ukraine, led more than half of the companies to conduct three negotiations during the first half of the year, even though they had not provided for a review clause, according to a study carried out by the firm Alixio with of a hundred large companies. Only 16% of the structures surveyed remained confined to a single negotiation.
