The defense representative for the stepson of rock musician Stas Namin, accused of murdering his brother and grandmother, did not appeal the arrest against his client Roman Novikov (Mikoyan). This was reported on Tuesday, October 31, in the Istra City Court of the Moscow Region.
The court clarified that the arrested person himself also did not file a complaint against the choice of a preventive measure in the form of detention.
Earlier it was reported that the murdered Artem Mikoyan was buried in a church in the presence of an extremely limited circle of relatives. After this, cremation took place. As a family friend explained this choice, “a person who died even a thousand years ago will not return to his body,” whereas “the soul is eternal”.
