Public figure, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Council for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights, Director of the World of Family Authors Center Irina Kirkora gave advice to women whose husbands, brothers, sons received subpoenas and explained their actions step by step.

“I know little about military affairs and can do little to help our warriors. But I would like to help their loved ones live through this difficult, but historically significant time. Therefore, I would like to talk about women and their heroic expectation of their sons, husbands, loved ones. So: the agenda came, what to do?

First. Try to support your man (husband, son, brother), because your emotional state and calmness determine him. It is also not easy for him, and from the tears of a dear person it is even harder. Try to spend time together.

Second. If you believe in God, then put a prayer in your clothes or buy an icon or a bracelet with a cross as a talisman.

Third. Of course, now, in the moment, we only think about how everything will be fine. And here I share all these feelings. But it so happened in our country that the man in the family is its head, the guiding force. Therefore, I urge all mobilized, our beloved men to think about how your family will live when you are on the front line?

From the point of view of paperwork, the family of the mobilized must also prepare. You should remember what documents you need to issue:

1) a power of attorney from the mobilized, which is needed so that you can:

– freely dispose of and use the property that belongs to the mobilized;

— manage accounts, deposits, loans;

– to resolve issues related to credit holidays on loans to the mobilized;

– interact with organizations and individuals, representing the interests of the mobilized on any issues that arise.

2) testament. This document, which determines the circle of heirs, will protect the interests of the family in the transfer of property mobilized in the event of his death. Please note that the Federal Notary Chamber of Russia has decided that the mobilized will be completely exempted from paying for legal and technical services for the preparation of socially significant documents, and the mobilized will be accepted without a queue.

Fourth. Be sure to get information from the mobilized person with logins and passwords from public services, Internet banks, the Federal Tax Service, utility bills, etc.

Fifth. In addition, it is necessary to submit documents to the bank on the mobilization of the borrower, or by the mobilized one, or you can do this on the basis of a notarized power of attorney. Credit holidays are available on all consumer loans and borrowings (including mortgages and credit cards) that the borrower took out prior to mobilization or prior to participation in the CBO. Also, credit holidays apply to all loans and borrowings taken by individual entrepreneurs who have been mobilized or are participating in a special military operation as volunteers. The size of the loan and loan, as well as their number, does not matter.

Sixth. It is important to remember about the connection with the mobilized. You should not call a relative on a special operation yourself, as the sound of the phone can cost him his life. Do not panic if a person does not get in touch for a long time – military personnel do not always have the opportunity to call or write. You need to find out to which part a relative is attached, the data of his commander. This is necessary to receive information in case of loss of communication.

Seventh. Do not distribute any information about your relative, for example, where he serves, on the Internet! Never share this information with third parties, in chat rooms, on websites and any other sites!

Eighth. We all fear losing our loved ones, and the partial mobilization only brought out that fear. “What if he doesn’t come back? What if I don’t see him again?” Such thoughts can lead to a nervous breakdown. But do not bury alive! Believe in a good outcome. Believe that everything will be fine with him.

Ninth. It can also overtake a feeling of anxiety and vague anxiety. Think what’s up to you?
