Stavropol acrobats won 16 medals at the All-Russian jumping tournament

A team of Stavropol acrobats, representing the municipal sports school of Vasily Skakun, won 16 medals in St. Petersburg, where three major acrobatic jumping tournaments were held at the Yubileiny Sports Palace. This was reported by the press service of the Stavropol administration.

Ksenia Lutkova won the Russian Championship, and Vadim Afanasyev became the silver medalist. This tournament brought together 111 athletes from 26 regions of the country.

Boys and juniors competed for awards at the Hopes of Russia 3 tournament. In total, over 230 athletes participated. Gold medal winners Anna Pakhomova, Varvara Dorokhova and Valery Koshkin distinguished themselves in the Stavropol team. The winners of “silver” were Alexandra Valyushko, Artem Ilyin, Artem Gubin and Elizaveta Sigidinenko.

A week later, the guys competed at the international George Dobrovolsky Cup, where, in addition to representatives from 30 regions of Russia, teams from the Republic of Belarus, Armenia, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan competed. Stavropol acrobats Anna Pakhomova, Artem Ilyin, Varvara Dorokhova, Artem Gubin and Elena Neiman rose to the highest step of the podium. Second place went to Arina Kalyandra and Sergei Finichenko.
