State Duma deputy Bulavinov denies beating his ex-wife – Kommersant

The former mayor of Nizhny Novgorod, State Duma deputy Vadim Bulavinov (United Russia) called all reports that he beat his ex-wife untrue. In the VKontakte message, he also considered it necessary to note that “everything will go to the children, and not to her next … (probably, an obscene expression is hidden in the text to refer to a sexual partner.— “b”)”.
“Today I read all the news about the alleged beating of my ex-wife. I’m in shock. First, everyone writes differently. Secondly, everything is not true,” Mr. Bulavinov wrote.
The ex-wife of the deputy on the eve, July 11, accused Mr. Bulavinov in domestic violence. She wrote a statement to the police. The deputy had previously refused to comment on what happened to Kommersant. He said that he would look into the situation, but so far he could neither confirm nor deny information about the conflict.
