Communist Party MP Denis Parfyonov said that his colleagues had received an invitation to the Kremlin. On September 30 at 15:00, an event will be held there with the participation of President Vladimir Putin, Mr. Parfyonov wrote in Telegram.
What kind of event in question is not specified. According to Kommersant’s information, a speech by the head of state to members of the federal parliament is scheduled for September 30. Probably, on the same day, the solemn signing of agreements on the entry of the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions into Russia following the results of referendums will take place.
Under Russian law, international treaties will be concluded with all four regions, which the President of the Russian Federation will submit for ratification to the Federal Assembly along with bills on the adoption of new subjects.
