Stars of the Youth Hockey League will play in Tula

From 22 to 26 August Tula and Novomoskovsk will host the Cup of the Governor of the Tula region in hockey. This event is held in the region for the third time.
Eight of the strongest teams of the Youth Hockey League will take part in the tournament.
The opening ceremony of the pre-season tournament will take place on August 22 at 18:30 at the Tula Ice Palace. Guests of honor, Russian hockey stars will take part in it. Spectators will be able to see the entertainment program.
The tournament will be held in two stages. Group A included Mikhailov Academy, Loko, Red Army and SKA-1946. This group will hold their games in the Tula Ice Palace. Group “B” will play in Novomoskovsk – it includes the teams “Irbis”, “Dynamo” (St. Petersburg), “Dynamo” (Moscow) and “Almaz”.
The semi-finals will be held on 25 August. The final and closing ceremony will be held on August 26. Every day there will be two matches – in the daytime and in the evening. Entrance to the matches is free.
