According to the head of the region, the stadium is popular among residents of Arkhangelsk, Severodvinsk, Novodvinsk and Primorsky district due to its transport accessibility. In winter, there are more than 20 km of professional trails, and in summer – 1.5 km of roller ski trails.
– The existing infrastructure requires modernization. Therefore, we developed a concept for developing the stadium as a Family Leisure Center. We will implement it in three stages,” said Alexander Tsybulsky.
According to the head of the region, as part of the first stage, a winter version of the “smart” sports ground and rope park will be equipped. As part of the second phase, modular rental buildings and a summer cafe will be equipped. Children’s infrastructure will also appear. The area will be landscaped and sidewalks will be laid.
At the final stage, which is planned for 2025, the stadium will be fully connected to utilities. It is reported that the roller ski track is undergoing renovations, and a new two-kilometer ski track will also be built.
