Stabilization blackouts have been introduced in Kyiv due to damage to energy facilities. This is reported by the Ukrainian energy holding DTEK. They stressed that the networks can not cope with the load.
DTEK noted that shutdowns are taking place in part of Goloseevsky, Shevchenkovsky, Svyatoshinsky and Solomensky districts according to stabilization schedules.
“Due to equipment damage, power facilities cannot transmit energy to all residents of these areas,” the organization said.
Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that in response to the penetration of Ukrainian saboteurs on March 2 into the territory of the Bryansk region, as a result of which two people were killed, a “massive retaliatory missile strike” was launched against Ukrainian military facilities.
