Sports stars of the Primorsky district lit up in Laisky Dock

The awards ceremony for the winners of the “Sports Star of the Primorsky District-2023” competition took place at the House of Culture in the village of Laisky Dok.
Vice-Governor of the Arkhangelsk Region Sergey Pivkov congratulated the winners of the competition on their well-deserved awards.
– Summing up the results of the outgoing sports year has already become a good tradition for the Primorsky region. Every year new young stars appear in the region, and experienced athletes confirm their high skills. Largely thanks to the victories of the athletes of the Primorsky region, 2023 became a fruitful year for medals of various denominations at regional, all-Russian and international competitions. I would like to note that the municipality is one of the leaders in the development of physical culture and sports in the region, and in cooperation with the regional government is actively developing sports infrastructure. In the new year of 2024, I wish the guys not to deviate from their chosen path and reach new sporting heights,” said Sergei Pivkov.
The festival honored professional and young athletes, teachers, coaches, and everyone who achieved the most significant sports results in the past season.
