Sports school No. 6 in Lipetsk was renovated on behalf of the head of the Lipetsk region, Igor Artamonov. The governor appreciated the updated facility.
On behalf of the head of the region, this year over 150 million rubles were received from the regional budget for the repair of sports facilities and schools in the regional center. Sports school No. 6 was transformed for 27 million rubles. This money was used to replace heating, water supply, sewerage, electricity, and tidy up locker rooms, showers, gyms and offices. There are 486 children studying within the walls of this institution. There is a weightlifting and powerlifting hall, a judo and sambo hall.
The governor clarified that all sports facilities in Lipetsk will be repaired.
“This will improve the conditions in which children study. We will also build new facilities,” the head of the region assured.
Igor Artamonov also announced that they will build in Lipetsk 50-meter swimming pool and tennis courts.
