All entertainment, youth, physical education and mass events in the Omsk region will be canceled due to the tragedy at Crocus City Hall. The head of the regional Ministry of Sports, Ivan Kolesnik, announced this in his Telegram channel.
Official sports competitions will take place without opening ceremonies. There will also be no spectators.
