They were given false diagnoses and invitations for treatment.
Special services officers detained a doctor and his intermediary, who organized the illegal entry into the Russian Federation of seven citizens of Ukraine. Foreigners were issued fake diagnoses and invitations for treatment in a private clinic.
As MK managed to find out, in May last year, a travel agent (in fact, provided visa services via the Internet) and the general director of a medical company agreed to organize the arrival of seven Ukrainian citizens in Moscow. Foreigners – men and women who flew from Kyiv to Moscow via Warsaw – were given documents confirming their diagnoses and invitations for treatment in the capital’s clinic. The FSB found out about this and detained the intermediaries. Investigators opened a criminal case under the article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Commercial bribery”. Both suspects pleaded guilty.
According to MK, law enforcement agencies are checking the defendants to see if they have committed similar crimes. In particular, the CEO “lit up” in a number of very dubious cases related to the inheritance. Medical documents from under her light hand fell on the tables of notaries and judges.
