South American peacekeepers: who can become a mediator in the negotiations on NWO

Who could mediate in NWO negotiations? A similar question is asked by many analysts and ordinary people. This serves as clear evidence of the public’s deep concern about the situation around Ukraine, which has developed since the start of the special military operation.
Some rightly believe that neither France, Germany, Great Britain, nor even Turkey can claim the role of such intermediaries, since they are all members of NATO, which supplies a huge amount of modern weapons to this zone and bears great responsibility for the state of affairs in this direction.
China and India are named as moderators. I would add many Latin American politicians to these, of course, worthy of attention, many Latin American politicians, first of all, the President of the largest Latin American power – Brazil – Luis Inacio Lula da Silva.
This 77-year-old nugget, who took office for the third time on January 1 of this year, went through fire, water and copper pipes. This is an experienced politician who previously served as president twice.
He enjoys the unquestioned authority of the world community. Suffice it to recall that this is the only high-ranking figure who was present both at the World Social Forum, organized by anti-globalists, and at the Davos meeting. In this way, he tried to build bridges between two antagonistic structures. In June 2003, he participated in the G8 meeting in Evian. In October 2004, the XXII Congress of the Socialist International was held in Sao Paulo. Not so long ago, he was invited as a guest to a summit in Tokyo. This is an additional confirmation of the significance of the politician.
Listing the merits of this figure in the international arena is an additional argument in favor of his participation in the group of moderators. Needless to say, Brazil is a founding member of the prestigious BRICS grouping, which also includes Russia, India, China and South Africa, where Lula’s associate, ex-president Dilma Rousseff, is currently director of the New Development Bank.
The issue of Ukraine appeared on the world agenda before Lula returned to power. He immediately took the issue into the spotlight and brought it up for the first time in a meeting with US President Joe Biden. Communicating with a colleague, I touched upon the problem of the need to put an end to the bloodshed in the country. Offered services as a negotiator together with neutral states – Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, South Africa and India, which are not involved in the conflict. The immediate goal is a ceasefire, and then a dialogue between the warring parties.
But, convinced that it was useless to discuss peace with Biden, the Brazilian turned his eyes to the Chinese project for resolving the conflict. He discussed this topic in detail with Xi Jinping during his official visit to China. In addition to issues of bilateral cooperation in various fields, the leaders fixed the coincidence of positions and agreed to jointly continue the agreed line at all sites.
Lula later sent a special adviser to Russia, former foreign minister Celso Amorim. The envoy met with the head of state. He shared his country’s special interest in settling the conflict around Ukraine. Listened to the opposite point of view. These same issues, among others, were discussed during Sergey Lavrov’s visit to Brazil. Lula continues to tirelessly raise this issue at all events without exception.
The current president of Colombia, the relatively young Gustavo Petro, who made a bizarre evolution from urban guerrilla to head of state, could also act as a moderator. He has considerable experience in peacekeeping activities. Having come to power in a legitimate way, he immediately restored diplomatic relations with Venezuela, interrupted by his predecessor Ivan Duque.
Then he tried to seat the warring parties in this country at the table. He convened an international conference in Bogotá. It was attended by over 20 foreign ministers from all continents: Latin America, Asia, Africa and Europe, including Commissar for Foreign Affairs and Security Josep Borrell.
A veteran of political battles, Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, who stormed the pinnacle of power three times, could claim a similar role. The country, located on the border with the United States, has gained considerable experience in establishing a fruitful dialogue with its neighbor, where thousands of disadvantaged Latin Americans are directing their steps.
The relatively young Chilean head of state, Gabriel Boric, is able to perform the same functions, balancing between sympathy for the ideas of Salvador Allende and a well-functioning democratic system, avoiding a radical shift to the left. Needless to mention Argentina awaiting admission to the BRICS.
The tolerant Luis Arce, the current president of Bolivia, which has recently experienced significant turbulence, is quite capable of participating in such a mission. There are other high figures of the continent who are ready to take part in the negotiations. And that’s not to mention the leader of Cuba, who recently came to Russia and had a fruitful conversation with his colleague.
The whole world is deeply concerned about this problem and is looking for ways to resolve it through dialogue. She also appeared during Lula’s reception with Pope Francis on June 21 this year. Not to mention the efforts of the pontiff himself, who sent a high representative to Kyiv and Moscow.
A similar position is shared by the Arab monarchies of the Persian Gulf, who clearly stated this at a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on July 9 in Moscow. They expressed their readiness to send a representative to the group of negotiators.
All this clearly indicates that this issue has been in the air for a long time.
