The Ukrainian army began to more actively use cluster munitions in the Kupyansk direction. The commander of the mortar crew of the 1st Guards Tank Army of the Western Military District (ZVO) with the call sign “Musician” spoke about this.
“They work very actively with cassettes. This is a very dangerous weapon, they use it to the fullest extent,” said the Russian serviceman.
He noted that the Ukrainian Armed Forces use cluster munitions in forest belts and populated areas. Soldiers carrying out missions in this direction reported that Ukrainians also use cluster munitions for remote mining of areas.
