Social network X has lost headlines from news organization publications

Social network X (formerly Twitter) has removed headlines from news organizations that turned attention of Bloomberg agency. The owner of the platform, Elon Musk, explained this by “improving aesthetics.”

Musk came up with such an initiative in August of this year. He stated that the proposal came directly from him and that it would “improve the aesthetics” of the posts.

After purchasing Twitter in the fall of 2022, Musk began to carry out large-scale reforms of the social network. The businessman, in particular, advocated an amnesty for blocked accounts (and unblocked the page of former US President Donald Trump), and also introduced a paid Twitter Blue subscription for $7.99 per month, which provides a blue check mark next to the account name, the ability to edit tweets, etc.

In addition, Twitter was renamed – the platform is now called X. The network logo is the letter X instead of a blue bird, and the domain has changed to x.com. In mid-September, the entrepreneur proposed making X a paid platform. Then he announced introducing a monthly subscription, explaining this as “the fight against huge armies of bots.”
