Sochi hockey players completed their home series with a victory

The Sochi hockey club ended its three-match home series on a winning note. At the Shaiba arena, Dmitry Kokorev’s team beat Dynamo Minsk.
The hosts opened the scoring in the game between their neighbors in the table (10th and 8th places, respectively). Already in the fifth minute, Nikita Feoktistov scored from a pass from Jesse Graham. The guests quickly bounced back and until the equator of the match, the scoreboard showed only 1s.
Then Sergei Popov scored in a counterattack, and at the beginning of the final he assisted Nikolai Chebykin – 3:1. And, although the Minsk team lost one goal in the end, Sochi still brought the match to victory with a score of 3:2.
Now the Leopards face an away series. The first match will take place on February 6 against Vityaz near Moscow (0+).
