Sochi curlers will perform at the Winter Paralympic Games

Sochi curlers Andrei Smirnov and Maria Gendeleva will perform at the Winter Paralympic Games. A sporting event called “We are together. Sport” (0+) will be held in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, reports Department of Physical Culture and Sports Sochi.
Wheelchair competitions among couples will last until March 27. Curling players will compete at the Vostok training center. A total of 16 teams from 10 regions of the country will compete for medals.
In total, about 400 athletes will take part in the curling tournament as part of the Winter Games, who will compete for 71 sets of medals in 10 disciplines.
