“There are many reports of traffic closures at the entrances and exits of the city. This information is not true. In connection with the strengthening of measures to carry out verification activities, there may be difficulties with the movement of traffic. There are no restrictions on entry and exit from the city,” the mayor wrote.

Sobyanin asked to trust only official sources and urged to remain calm. “As the president stressed in his address, our strength today lies in our unity and consolidation of society,” he added.
