Sobyanin in 2022 earned 13.3 million rubles. – Kommersant

The Moscow City Election Commission (MGIK) published information on the website (.pdf) on the income and property of candidates for the Moscow mayoral elections in 2022. According to published data, the current mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, earned 13,323,560.78 rubles last year.

Income of other registered candidates for 2022:

• First Deputy Head of the A Just Russia – For Truth faction in the State Duma Dmitry Gusev – 6,201,475.54 rubles;
• Deputy Speaker of the State Duma Boris Chernyshev (LDPR) – 9,374,299.32 rubles;
• Vice Speaker of the State Duma Vladislav Davankov (New People) – 9,622,303.56 rubles;
• member of the bureau of the Moscow city committee of the Communist Party, head of the commission on science and industry of the Moscow City Duma Leonid Zyuganov – 7,940,745.03 rubles.

Earlier today, on July 14, the IPCC registered five candidates for mayor of Moscow. Seven contenders for participation in the elections of the mayor of the capital were deprived status of candidates due to failure to provide documents on time. Elections will be held from 8 to 10 September.

On July 12, reports on funds in the electoral accounts of candidates were published on the IPCC website. Only 6 out of 12 candidates for mayor submitted reports. The richest candidate at this stage turned out to be Vladislav Davankov: almost 3.28 million rubles were credited to his account, the main part of the funds was transferred by the party that nominated him, another 100 thousand rubles were donated by a certain citizen. So far, Sergei Sobyanin has only 500 thousand rubles on his account, all the money was donated by legal entities.
