Journalist and public figure Ksenia Sobchak spoke about a dialogue with the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadrov, who explained to her what topics should not be written about and why he would not give her an interview.
According to Sobchak, her conversation with Kadyrov began like this:
– Why do you say that I died?
– I didn’t say that, I referred to sources
– Why are you touching my family?
Next, she asked the head of Chechnya to talk about the beating of Nikita Zhuravel.
Kadyrov explained that he would not give an interview to Sobchak, because he considers her a blogger, not a journalist. At the same time, she can come to Chechnya at any time, “everything will be fine with her.”
“You can write anything about him, but you can’t write about his family, this is a warning. He allowed me to publish the conversation, I asked several times. Alive, healthy, not a neural network, he ate cashew nuts very energetically,” Sobchak said.
