Snowfalls are moderate. But the temperature in the capital will not drop below minus 17 degrees. But in the region it is colder – down to minus 19. The snow should end by the afternoon.

According to meteorologists, this respite from the cold will be short. It will start to get colder by nightfall. And on Christmas Day the thermometer will again drop below minus 20 degrees.
