A snowstorm is also expected that day. “For the second half of the week from December 14 to 17, the forecast is as follows: snow at times, night temperatures -12…-7°C, daytime temperatures -9…-4°C. The temperature will be like January, three degrees below normal,” added Roman Vilfand.
