Slutsky fears Kyiv is using cluster munitions for war crimes

Deputy of the State Duma, head of the Committee on International Affairs, Leonid Slutsky commented on the discussion of the supply of cluster munitions to Ukraine.
According to him, these Western “resources” can be used by Kiev for war crimes.
“Cluster munitions were used against the inhabitants of Donbass. They hit Izyum in 2022 … There is no reason to doubt that American ammunition will be used … to commit new war crimes,” Slutsky said.
