Slutsky explained what he expects from Putin’s message

Leonid Slutsky, chairman of the LDPR and head of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs, in an interview with RIA Novosti, said that he expects instructions to strengthen regional development from Russian President Vladimir Putin’s upcoming address to the Federal Assembly. The President will address the Federal Assembly on Thursday.
Slutsky emphasized the importance of ensuring a decent standard of living for citizens in all regions of the country, including access to quality medicine, modern transport and a high level of education.
He also expects Putin to reveal key aspects of the Russian Foreign Policy Concept and stressed that the message will give impetus to strengthening Russia’s position on the world stage.
Slutsky emphasized that Russia’s international mission is to form a new, fairer world order, free from hegemons and warmongers.
