The Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (LDPR) is preparing a bill providing for the establishment of clear rules for serving subpoenas to military commissariats. This was stated by party leader Leonid Slutsky.
According to Slutsky, now the rules for serving subpoenas are blurred. This leads to numerous problems and violations. So, you can’t stop random people on the streets.
Slutsky noted that the partial mobilization in the fall of 2022 revealed numerous shortcomings in the work of the military commissariats. The new bill, if supported by the State Duma, will lead to minimization of problems with the delivery of subpoenas.
