Sledding competitions to be held in Mari El

From February 4 to 5, Mari El will host the Championship and Championship of the Republic, as well as the author’s race in the winter disciplines of sledding sports “YO City Track 2023”.
Competitions will be held at the ski base Korta SShOR “Victoria”. This was reported by the Federation of Sledding Sports of Mari El.
Athletes will be offered the following disciplines: sled-sprint 2 adult dogs, sled-sprint 2 junior dogs, sled-sprint 4 dogs, sled-sprint 6 dogs, sprint-ski 1 adult dog, sprint-ski 1 junior dog. Also competitions will be held among juniors aged 4 to 11 years.
The main starts are scheduled for February 4 from 14:00 to 16:30 and February 5 from 10:00 to 12:30. Children’s starts and family relay races will start at 12:30.
Note that the ski track will be closed for regular visits. For this, an alternative route has been organized for the duration of the competition.
Recall that earlier the MC in Mari El said that students from MarSU will go to the international competition Vis East Moot in Hong Kong.
