Sladkov: Kyiv is preparing Kharkiv and Sumy for surrender

Military correspondent Sladkov said that preparations for the surrender of cities began in Kharkov and Sumy
Ukrainian authorities are preparing the cities of Sumy and Kharkiv for possible evacuation and strengthening of defense, according to message military commissar Alexander Sladkov in his telegram channel.
Large enterprises have already begun evacuating cities, and the Armed Forces of Ukraine are strengthening the second line of defense.
Details are not given, but it is promised to inform about them later.
Earlier, the commander of the Joint Forces of Ukraine Serhiy Naev called on residents of the border areas of the Sumy region to evacuate. The general noted that he personally persuaded one family to leave their home because of the immediate danger.
In mid-June, in the Sumy region, warehouses with equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed by a missile strike. It is also possible that the blow was inflicted on personnel stationed in Shostka.
