Skier Alexander Panzhinsky won the EL5-Energo Trail race

About 450 athletes from all over the country took part in the competitions, which took place on the territory of the Kola wind farm. The press service of the government of the Murmansk region summed up the results of the competition.

The famous skier Alexander Panzhinsky also turned out to be a first-class runner. The athlete turned out to be the fastest on the 20-kilometer EL5-Energo Trail. The competition was timed to coincide with the Arctic Festival in Teriberka.

Let us add that the team of EL5-Energo won the relay race. The press service of the government of the Murmansk region reports that the honorable second and third places were taken by the teams of Lukoil-Trans and Kola RDU.

Also prizes were won by athletes from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kirov, Smolensk and Sverdlovsk regions.

It should be noted that Vice Governor Olga Kuznetsova greeted the race participants on the stratum.

Earlier we wrote that the main goal of the competitions held in the morning was charity. Contributions from the participants will go to the accounts of three volunteer organizations: “Children-Angels of Murman”, “Good World” and “Voluntary Society for the Protection of Homeless Animals “Shelter”.
