SKA won the match with Avtomobilist away with a score of 2:5

The match between SKA and Avtomobilist took place in Yekaterinburg on March 23. The army team snatched their first victory in the quarterfinal series with a score of 5:2. Before the game, the hockey players honored the memory of those killed in the terrorist attack in the Moscow region with a minute of silence.
The army team managed to win for the first time in three matches against Avtomobilist. Vasily Glotov, Alexander Galchenyuk, Nikita Kamalov and Marat Khairullin scored on the road. SKA scored five goals against the opponent.
Army head coach Roman Rotenberg noted that the St. Petersburg hockey players showed a good result, but they need to work out a large number of deletions. The team is already preparing for the next meeting, which will take place on March 25 in St. Petersburg.
“Both teams came out and played hockey. They showed everyone that our country cannot be intimidated by anything. Russia is a strong power”said Roman Rotenberg.
Previous game between SKA and Avtomobilist ended the defeat of the army team, which was the third in the series. The St. Petersburg team lost with a score of 2:1.
