Chairman of the SKA Board of Directors Alexander Medvedev said that the hockey club intends to discuss with the refereeing the work of referees at the playoff matches of the Continental Hockey League, RIA Novosti reported.

It is likely that negotiations will take place after the end of the Gagarin Cup, since the refereeing corps is currently busy. Medvedev noted that the club intends to consider not only individual episodes of the game.

“The most important thing is to understand how to make refereeing contribute to the development of our hockey, and not create potholes and potholes along the way,” – summed up Alexander Medvedev.

After the defeat of SKA on March 25, the chairman of the army team’s board of directors statedthat the referees were biased towards St. Petersburg hockey players all season. This was the reason to discuss this issue.

The day before, two-time Olympic champion, Soviet and Russian hockey player Vyacheslav Fetisov appreciated Medvedev’s claims of bias. In his opinion, no one could give the command to judge SKA in any special way. Fetisov noted that the army team simply lost to Avtomobilist in the game.
