Doctor of Military Sciences, Deputy President of the Russian Academy of Missile and Artillery Sciences Konstantin Sivkov commented on the statement of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky in an interview with the BBC that Kiev needs more time to prepare a counteroffensive, because if you go now, there will be big losses.
“They have no chance of success,” Sivkov said in interview NSN. According to him, Kyiv planned sabotage on May 9, but they did not work out, which indicates the lack of proper political and diplomatic support for the actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“With the existing correlation of forces and means of Russia and Ukraine, they have no chance,” Sivkov repeated once more.
“That’s why Zelensky spoke like that,” Sivkov summed up.
At the same time, Yevgeny Prigozhin, the founder of Wagner PMC, said earlier that Zelensky was cunning and in fact counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is already underway and parts of the Ukrainian forces prepared for him are involved in the Artyomovsk direction.
