Singer Philip Kirkorov admitted: “Soon there will be fewer stars in the country”

The artist made fun of himself and read Pushkin’s poem

The disgraced artist of the scandalous singer Philip Kirkorov is discussed by everyone. Well, or almost everything. Either he entered the wrong door, or came out the wrong way, or he doesn’t communicate with the press, or he shies away from people. Today he appeared on the set, where he played himself, and also read Tatyana’s letter to Onegin from the novel by A.S. Pushkin and enjoyed a sandwich right on stage.

“Soon there will be fewer stars on the project, as well as in the country,” Philip Kirkorov said, either jokingly or seriously. The audience greeted the artist with a standing ovation. Without waiting for silence, Philip switched to English and read the poems of A.S. Pushkin and ended his speech with memories of his Bulgarian roots.

Pop singer Philip Kirkorov arrived long before the appointed time, the only one of the artists who insisted on rehearsing his number, dances and skits, where he literally made fun of himself and the life incidents of the unlucky performer. The audience received Kirkorov with such a stormy ovation that the king of pop’s heart melted with happiness in the first seconds. On the set of the “Stars” show, Philip joked a lot, although most of the jokes could easily be called the artist’s self-irony. On stage they remembered the pink blouse, his replacement on the New Year’s broadcast by Nikita Kologriv and other disgraced situations that happened in the life of the People’s Artist.

It must be said that Kirkorov’s charge of vivacity and professionalism cannot be replaced. The film crew wondered why the artist needed a rehearsal, because he does everything perfectly. At one point, Philip asked everyone to leave the stage and leave him alone with the audience. Here the singer was as close as possible to his fans:

“While I was waiting to go on stage, I got so hungry,” the singer said, unwrapping a sandwich neatly wrapped in foil: “This is a pork sandwich with sausage,” said the singer, licking his lips with pleasure.

Filming of the program will last until the morning. Whether Kirkorov will be left in the program will be decided by a star jury, including: Timati, Garik Kharlamov, Valya Karnaval, Artemy Lebedev. But we will find out about this later.
