Singer Mitya Fomin revealed the secret of longevity

According to the artist, in Russia people live long, happily, and for this they don’t need “God knows how much money”

Mitya Fomin was spotted at another social event, where he not only successfully posed on the red carpet, but also shared the latest news with journalists. This is how correspondents learned that Fomin had returned from an African vacation, which his friends had paid for.

“I went to Kenya for a week and realized that at my age you should go on vacation for two weeks, or maybe even a month. Well, can you imagine what it’s like to fly to Kenya? This is minus a day there and minus a day back. Then we had a connection in Cairo. But overall I’m pleased. I’ll be taking a major break after I turn 50 on January 27th.

I have many friends who live abroad, and in Kenya I was invited to visit a villa on the Indian Ocean. In general, I didn’t spend a penny,” the artist admitted.

He also told MK that, in addition to Kenya, he traveled with the company around our country, trying to find out the secret of longevity and recorded it all on video to later share with people.

– We wandered around different regions of the country to find out where people still live well in Rus’. We had to be torn between regions because people began to live longer. And that’s cool. For example, in Moscow we met with a 90-year-old choral teacher, professor. She is in fantastic physical and mental shape and will give a head start to many young people whom you look at and think: “Where is your energy?” I was in Crimea, Krasnodar Territory, Taman, Yakutia, Novosibirsk, Karelia and other places. I can’t say where they live the longest; people everywhere live long and, thank God, happily. And at the same time, they don’t need God knows how much money for this. They all have an absolutely clear understanding of the world and an idea of ​​themselves, what they want, what they expect. They keep themselves busy somehow. It’s as if they are cheating time and living happily ever after.

– Well, what is the secret of longevity, tell our readers?

– I’ll say this. These are people who have never sat idle, they all have their own favorite professions and hobbies, they are completely absorbed in them and are always on the move. Guys, movement is life. And I was convinced that I was doing everything right.
