Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services Irek Faizullin noted that in order to increase urban planning potential, regions need to provide financial support for infrastructure development. According to him, the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Transport and Rosavtodor have drawn up a schedule for issuing budget loans.
