The Defenders of the Motherland Foundation has already received 910 thousand requests. This was announced by the chairman of the fund, Anna Tsivileva, during a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

According to her, 780 thousand of them were resolved.

Tsivileva noted that 144 thousand requests related to the appointment of social support, and 96 thousand related to the processing of cash payments to participants in a special military operation (SVO). 76 thousand people sought psychological and psychotherapeutic help.

She recalled that the fund began its work in June 2023.

“From June 1, branches of the state fund ‘Defenders of the Motherland’ were opened in every subject of the Russian Federation,” Tsivileva emphasized.

Last week, the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, Igor Krasnov, announced that more than 300 thousand participants in the special military operation had received combat veteran status.

According to him, appeals from families of combatants made it possible to identify gaps in regulatory regulation and organization of work of authorized departments.
