On Orthodox Christmas, Patriarch of Moscow and All Rus’ Kirill spent divine service in the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. On the eve of Christmas, the Trinity icon by Andrei Rublev was delivered to this temple. She was guarded by employees of the Russian Guard.
