A one-time payment to the budget will affect only a tenth of Russian companies. This was stated by Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov.
He clarified that we are talking about organizations that have pre-tax profits for 2021-2022 in the amount of at least a billion rubles.
At the same time, it is proposed to exempt companies from the oil and gas sector and the coal mining sector from the lump sum payment, since “additional offers” for these enterprises were formed in previous years.
“This year, we also refined the mechanism of this legislation,” Siluanov said.
At the end of February, Siluanov declaredthat in 2023 there will be no increase in the tax burden in Russia.
