SHOT: Renata Litvinova became the new owner of the apartment of the singer Zemfira in Moscow
The Telegram channel SHOT reports that the singer Zemfira (included in the register of individuals-foreign agents in the Russian Federation) got rid of her apartment on Frunzenskaya Embankment amid demands to take away Russian real estate from foreign agents who criticize Russia. According to the publication, the actress and director Renata Litvinova became the new owner of the singer’s Moscow apartment.
The telegram channel noted that the artist rewrote her two-room apartment opposite Gorky Park, which has a market value of 60 million rubles, in early March, a month after she was entered into the register of foreign agents.
The publication pointed out that the day after Zemfira rewrote the apartment to Renata Litvinova, she released a new video, for which she was subjected to a flurry of criticism, and the Prosecutor General’s Office received an appeal demanding to deprive the artist of housing. Two months later, according to SHOT, the Rodina recording company was registered in the apartment.
