The Shot telegram channel reports that in Vidnoye, near Moscow, dozens of shareholders, dissatisfied with the fact that they cannot yet move into the apartments they bought, stormed the sales office of the Gorki Park residential complex during a rally.
Participants in shared-equity construction are complaining that their move-in dates have already been postponed several times. They are especially outraged by the fact that the developer’s website indicates that the houses are occupied.
The unsuccessful tenants reported that they had already written a complaint to the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation and were planning to hold another rally this coming Tuesday to draw attention to their problem.
Representatives of the developer, in turn, say that all the buildings are ready, some minor shortcomings have just been revealed, which are now being corrected.
