Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu checked the fulfillment of the state defense order at the enterprises of the military-industrial complex (DIC) in the Tula region. This was reported in the press service of the military department.

Ganichev and PJSC “Imperial Tula Arms Plant”. Shoigu heard reports from the plant management on programs to expand production capacities to provide the RF Armed Forces with modern weapons.
In addition, the minister was shown workshops for the production of rockets for Russian MLRS, as well as automated lines for the assembly of anti-tank guided missiles and artillery ammunition.
According to the reports of the heads of defense industry enterprises, those models of weapons and military equipment that were presented to the head of the defense department have already been put into mass production.
